Brooklyn Kura prides itself on offering american consumers fresh local namazake (unpasteurized), which retains texture and vibrancy often lost with pasteurization. Unpasteurized sake must be refrigerated.

Officially my favorite sake! I’m so glad I’ve found a place I can reliably order namazake style sake from. I’ve been looking for a sake I would enjoy having regularly and I’ve found it!
I was hesitant to purchase from here as I didn’t see many reviews, but I took a chance after calling the place. I received my order in time for New Years-it arrived less than a week after I ordered it (mind you I live in NY), with no damage to the bottle.
I will be purchasing this sake from here in the future. Thanks for carrying namazake!
