A boutique urban winery, set in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, one of the borough’s most vibrant and creative neighborhoods, where excellent wine, food, and events are the core offering. Winemaker Conor McCormack produces premium small batch wines with fruit carefully sourced from premium vineyards and growing regions across the country. The goal is to produce wines that capture a distinct time and place, while bringing the process closer to home.
The North Fork enjoyed a long and dry summer which allowed the grapes to ripen and mature at a steady and uninterrupted pace, resulting in wines of balance and intensity. This North Fork Blend, comprises of 64% Merlot, 20% Cabernet franc, and 16% Petit Verdot.
Rustic and rich, yet complex and elegant, this blend highlights the distinctive terroir of the North Fork, by showcasing elements of cranberry, black currant, baking spice, and tobacco. Powerful yet age-worthy, this blend shows feisty while young, and will continue to develop in the cellar over the next 20 years.
