Medium ruby with an aroma of sweet tobacco and red fruits, the body is medium with very savory flavors of sweet tobacco, dried herbs and dried raspberry.

Located in Cerignola (Foggia), a short distance from the Adriatic Sea in northern Puglia.  Solar roofing generates all of the power needed for vinification and storage.

100% Negroamaro - Annual production: 30,000 bottles

Cultivation: By hand and by machine

Fermentation and Vinification: Macerated for about 10 days at a temperature of 25/28C after crushing and destemming.  The juice is aged for about 6 months, partially in stainless steel and partially in barrel.  The wines are then bottled and released after resting in bottle for 4 months.

FOOD PAIRING: Savory soups and baked pasta, roasted and grilled vegetables, vegetable soups, cured hams and young cheeses.
