Cultivation: By hand and by machine
Fermentation and Vinification: Macerated for about 10 days at a temperature of 25/28C after crushing and destemming. The juice is aged for about 6 months, partially in stainless steel and partially in barrel. The wines are then bottled and released after resting in bottle for 4 months.
TASTING NOTES: Medium ruby with an aroma of sweet tobacco and red fruits, the body is
medium with very savory flavors of sweet tobacco, dried herbs and dried raspberry.
FOOD PAIRING: Savory soups and baked pasta, roasted and grilled vegetables, vegetable soups, cured hams and young cheeses.
