Van Brunt Stillhouse is a microdistillery located in Red Hook, Brooklyn. We produce carefully crafted spirits by selecting the finest ingredients available to lovingly create truly small batch spirits. All of our products are distilled on site in our facility.

Carefully crafted, one batch at a time, in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Distilled from New York corn, this four grain, wheated bourbon is bold and full bodied. A bold woodsy nose with notes of caramel and coconut. Corn comes up the the front and then finishes with hints of coffee, plum and raisin. This is truly a small batch whiskey has been aged for about 8 months in small American oak casks.
