Mad Med is a collaborative project from Harry Gozlan and winemaker Maxime Gamard of Domaine de la Mongestine in Provence. Sourcing fruit from organically farmed vineyards, they apply a low-intervention philosophy focused on purity, freshness, and environmental stewardship. Grapes are fermented with native yeasts in concrete tanks, with no fining or filtration and only minimal sulfur added at bottling.
The combination of Grenache and Vermentino captures the essence of the Mediterranean: juicy red fruit, vibrant acidity, and a mineral-driven finish. Packaged in a generous 1-liter bottle, it's the kind of wine made for picnics, beach days, backyard gatherings, and long summer afternoons.
