About the Wine

Like the rosé, Mad Med Le Blanc is a collaboration between Harry Gozlan and winemaker Maxime Gamard of Domaine de la Mongestine in Provence. The project focuses on organically farmed vineyards and low-intervention winemaking, allowing the freshness of the fruit and the character of the Mediterranean terroir to shine through.

Fermented with native yeasts and bottled with minimal sulfur, the wine is made to be approachable, refreshing, and food-friendly. The generous one-liter format reflects the producers' philosophy: uncomplicated, joyful wines meant to be shared around the table.
