Wild Nature Wines Prosecco Brut

Wild Nature Wines comes from organically farmed vineyards in the Veneto region of Italy, near the Venice lagoon. The vines grow on rare “Caranto” soils—mineral-rich clay and limestone deposits of Pleistocene origin—which give the wines their distinctive freshness and mineral character. The proximity to the sea, cooling breezes, and wide day-to-night temperature shifts help preserve acidity and build aromatic intensity in the grapes.

The winery has been a pioneer in organic farming since 1974 and also follows biodynamic principles, with a strong focus on biodiversity and healthy ecosystems in the vineyards. Meadows, ponds, and tree-lined areas surround the vines, encouraging wildlife and natural balance throughout the estate.

In the cellar, the wines are made with a low-intervention philosophy. Their Prosecco is produced using the Charmat method, with a long secondary fermentation to create fine, elegant bubbles while preserving the freshness and purity of the Glera grape.
