The Pinot Grigio is gently pressed then fermented for two weeks at cool temperatures (15°- 16° C) in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then bottled in screw-cap bottles in order to maintain its fresh, bright flavors. Clean and crisp, with hints of citrus and floral notes, Cora Pinot Grigio is an excellent summer quaffer yet pairs well with grilled meats and fish, caprese salad, and light pastas.
