Founded by a husband and wife team in a Harlem basement in 2012, Doc Herson's Natural Spirits is the 1st Absinthe Distillery in New York City.  Over the years they have expanded their product line and now produce a variety of botanical spirits including three unique styles of Absinthe as well as three distinct Liqueurs.

From farm ingredients to fermentation, to maceration, distillation, bottling, and branding; They do everything 100% in house.  All natural and plant-based with no artificial ingredients, flavoring nor coloring.
