APPEARANCE: Golden yellow color, opaque, greenish-gold highlights.

NOSE: Notes of acacia, lemon, pear, and de fruits blancs. Which follow to the palate. An easy drinking orange wine and great introduction for those weary of this style!

Manual and mechanical harvest. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, Malolactic fermentation, Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Native yeasts ferments, no oak aging, and low sulfur.
