The estate is located on the slopes of South Burgundy, Maconnais, in Sologny. The vines are intertwined with pastures and forests and the vineyard counts 6.25ha planted with Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Gamay at 300m of altitude, with East, South-East exposure. In addition, Celine, also raises ships on 20 ha of pasture. Sheeps are also used in the vineyards. The name of this estate “Pascerette” highlights the dual activities ; it means shepherdess and also designate the cajole, shelter for the vineyard workers.
Minimal intervention is the philosophy in the cellar, and with farming practices, in order to make true and authentic wines grown in an preserved environment.

Vinification
Slow and gentle pneumatic pressing. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation follows. Matured on fine lees for 10 months.
