In 2009, before it was a trend, FAIR wanted to create a spirits line with a positive impact on people and the planet. They launched FAIR Vodka, the first vodka ever using fair trade Andean quinoa. From the beginning, they pledged to return 10% of their profits to the farming communities providing them the superior grain that gives the vodka its multi-awarded great taste. Style: Clear, brown amber with golden highlights.

Nose: Pungent roasted coffee nose with chocolate, fudge, and nutty aromas.

Palate: Nutty hazelnut flavors are immediately apparent on a chocolate coffee palate. This light liqueur is much more mocha coffee than espresso coffee.

Finish: Roasted coffee finish is bitter compared to the palate and fades with nougat chocolate.
