The Holmes Cay Venezuela 2007 15 Year edition comes from a historic 228-year-old distillery in the Aragua Valley.

• Single cask rum distilled in Aragua, Venezuela, and bottled by Holmes Cay
• Column distilled from 100% molasses
• Aged 15 years in Venezuela in ex-bourbon barrels
• No sugar, coloring, or other additives
• Non-chill filtered; 55% ABV

This molasses, 100% column still rum was distilled in 2007 in Venezuela and aged tropically there for 15 years before being bottled in New York State.

Distillation and aging alone create the Venezuela 2007 edition’s complex flavors. No sugar, no color, and no other flavors were added in the making of this rum.

Only a few casks of this 15-year-old rum have been released. There are few opportunities in the United States to enjoy pure Venezuelan aged rum at a high and flavorful proof.
