TERROIR The 20-year-old vines are planted on slopes with west exposure.

WINEMAKING  Harvested in the night/ early morning, the grapes go through direct pressing and low-temperature fermentation. 9 months aging in stainless steel barrels.

FOOD PAIRING. Excellent when enjoyed with white meat, fish, seafood, and salads.
