In the vineyard, by combining continuous observation and high-performance equipment, we can reduce the use of phytosanitary products by 30%. The plant's nutrient inputs are based on observation of the vine, soil analysis, and once again the use of equipment with on-board weighing for greater precision in spreading the organic materials that we use in the vast majority of cases.

Vinification: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation at moderate temperature, max. 20°. In vats, aging on fine lees after fermentation for approximately 4 to 6 months and bottling 7 to 10 months minimum after harvest.
