TERROIR: Clay and limestone soils

VARIETALS: 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc

VINIFICATION: This wine first undergoes an alcoholic fermentation in concrete vats followed by a malolactic fermentation for about 3 weeks. Once fermentation has finished the wine is aged 12 to 18 months in barrels.

GEOGRAPHY: Bordeaux, France

ALCOHOL: 13.0%
