Handcrafted and artisanal Mezcal made from 10-year-old Espadin harvested in Oaxaca in the northern state of Tamaulipas, where Espadin finds the best conditions to develop full flavor. Hand-picked, two days in Mesquite wood-fired ovens under low and constant heat, double distilled (in steel and in copper), and oxygenated before bottling.
