Garnacha 98%, White Chelva 2%.
Sourced from a vineyard in the north face of Valle del Alberche in El Tiemblo (Avila). The vines were planted in 1925 on slate soils and suited at 930-meter. The grapes were hand-picked on September 19th, 2017. 100% destemmed. Fermentation with native yeasts, and then gently pressed into a wooden barrel where the malolactic fermentation takes place. 12 months in 500 liter European oak in aging. No filteration, ad no clarification. 645 bottles produced.
