This 200-ha property, located 750 meters above sea level, has been certified Organic and Vegan since 2018. Castillo de Aresan is the only property in the region with 100% of its products organically farmed.

Combining two good things: Bourbon cask and Cabernet Sauvignon, this extraordinary red wine delivers deep violet hues in the glass, tantalizing plums, and rich aromas of toffee, coconut, and toast.

It's the result of 6 months of aging in Jack Daniel's bourbon barrels, impressively dense, full-bodied, supple on the palate, and the final finish seems to be continuing, with a little bourbon aftertaste!
