Beautiful aromatics of soft white flowers and exotic citrus with some medium concentration of mandarin and clementine fruit on the palate and at the same time a waft of fresh acidity as a counterpoint. Superb balance.
Medium bodied, the palate echoes the nose with a touch of tarragon, white pepper and a dash of salt. It has some short tannins and reminiscent of very good Cru Beaujolais.
Aromas of fresh grass, green melon, and yellow nectarines burst from the glass. The palate brings a macadamia nut with intense texture. There is a good bit of acid initially that dissipates leaving a long, persistent and round finish.
Honey-crisp apple, pear, lime, crisp dry finish.
