Medium body, red fruit, tomato, juicy, savory, dusty tannins.
Dry and fruit-forward, with notes of strawberry, raspberry and apricot compote.
Beautiful aromatics of soft white flowers and exotic citrus with some medium concentration of mandarin and clementine fruit on the palate and at the same time a waft of fresh acidity as a counterpoint. Superb balance.
Medium bodied, the palate echoes the nose with a touch of tarragon, white pepper and a dash of salt. It has some short tannins and reminiscent of very good Cru Beaujolais.
Aromas of fresh grass, green melon, and yellow nectarines burst from the glass. The palate brings a macadamia nut with intense texture. There is a good bit of acid initially that dissipates leaving a long, persistent and round finish.
Honey-crisp apple, pear, lime, crisp dry finish.
This is becoming one of the hottest red wine values in California. This killer offering admirably demonstrates what field blends of Mediterranean varietals and old vines can achieve in California. A snappy little red blend, zesty and fruit-forward.
Caramel and herbs on the nose. Floral, vanilla, bread-crust taste. Well-integrated dusty tannins.
Beautiful aromas of ripe cherries on the nose, followed by plums and currants on the palate, and medium-firm tannins on the finish.
