We’ve fortified the shrub with alcohol (to better extract the flavors from the spices) and made it much more concentrated, so you only need to use drops instead of ounces to get the desired effect… which, in this case, is a good ol’ bit of heat.
This wine is a very dry red with deep fruits and medium tannins and a long finish. You'll enjoy this if you like an earthier, heavier red.
The sake is tart raspberry, Asian pear, and watermelon rind with a hint of white flowers and a spicy finish.
This wine expresses the pure character of the Maipo valley, with aromas of herb, eucalyptus and garrigue. It has great freshness and good acidity due to high elevation, with fine tannins.
