Torrontés grapes are grown respecting the ecological identity and personality of the terroir. The wine displays all the typical qualities of the region in their intense aromas and flavors, complex body, good structure and balance.
Full, rich and powerful on the palate with notes of wood and black fruit.
The essence of grapefruit combined with the most noble of hops. We recommend adding a dash to stirred cocktails made with tequila and long drinks made with gin. When is a grapefruit not just a grapefruit?
We’ve fortified the shrub with alcohol (to better extract the flavors from the spices) and made it much more concentrated, so you only need to use drops instead of ounces to get the desired effect… which, in this case, is a good ol’ bit of heat.
This wine is a very dry red with deep fruits and medium tannins and a long finish. You'll enjoy this if you like an earthier, heavier red.
The sake is tart raspberry, Asian pear, and watermelon rind with a hint of white flowers and a spicy finish.
This wine expresses the pure character of the Maipo valley, with aromas of herb, eucalyptus and garrigue. It has great freshness and good acidity due to high elevation, with fine tannins.
Dark fruit notes are backed by equal parts tannins, acidity, oak, and a distinguished mineral note.
The wine has bright red fruits aromas of strawberry, red plum, red currant from the Trepat grape, balanced by a bright refreshing acidity from the Garnatxa Peluda variety.
