Baudouin Millet Chablis 2023

Philippe Millet settled in Tonnerre in the mid-60s, cultivating his land for cereals. In the early 80s, his wine estate was born when part of his estate became available for the AOC Petit Chablis. After planting nine hectares to Petit Chablis, Philippe was able to acquire vines in both Chablis and Chablis Vaucoupin Premier Cru. The seasoned farmer naturally began producing exceptional grapes, eventually deciding to vinify them and market his wines. While Philippe is now retired, his son, Baudouin Millet, manages the winery and continues to expand. 

Due to diligent farming and environmental commitment, the Baudouin Millet estate was certified HVE (High Environmental Value) in 2020.

Baudouin's Chablis pours a light gold accented with soft green highlights. The nose is invigoratingly fresh and lively displaying a citrus and orchard fruit medley kissed with a light, savory note.
