Caramel and herbs on the nose. Floral, vanilla, bread-crust taste. Well-integrated dusty tannins.
Beautiful aromas of ripe cherries on the nose, followed by plums and currants on the palate, and medium-firm tannins on the finish.
We’ve fortified the shrub with alcohol (to better extract the flavors from the spices) and made it much more concentrated, so you only need to use drops instead of ounces to get the desired effect… which, in this case, is a good ol’ bit of heat.

The sake is tart raspberry, Asian pear, and watermelon rind with a hint of white flowers and a spicy finish.
Medium-red color, with a slight orange tint, typical of Burgundian-style Pinot Noir. Aromas of dark cherries, red plums and a hint of nutmeg. On the palate, notes of blackberries with a slight earthy finish.
Dark, plummy fruit, medium tannin/structure, and good acidity to balance.
