Dalle Ore is a family estate in the hills of the Veneto in Northern Italy. There father and daughter Marco and Bendetta grow grapes with the utmost care and without any harmful chemicals. Further, they make all of their wines naturally with very little sulfur.
The estate is certified organic and uses biodynamic practices in the vineyard. A fifth of the estate is maintained as forest and meadows to encourage biodiversity. To ensure the transference of the energy Marco guides from the vineyard into the glass, the winemaking at Dalle Ore is strictly without manipulation. Only sulfur is added when necessary and in minimal quantities.
Acronia was born in 2020 from a blend of Garganega and Durella, the first macerated and the second not; two native grapes with characteristics that balance each other.
Born as a project destined to be out of time (a-chrónos), non-repeatable, in 2021 following a bad hailstorm we decided to propose it again but, to honor the name, this time it is proposed as a pure Garganega, a wish for the non-repeatability of events.
In 2022, pure Durella cannot be missing. The common thread is the color, strictly ORANGE.
ORGANIC. BIODYNAMIC. MINIMAL INTERVENTION. ORANGE WINE. LOW SULFITE. VEGAN.
