Aged for 3 years, this delicate and full flavored non vintage sparkling wine shows the fine aromas of Chardonnay and the power of Pinot Noir.
With its charming ruby red color with subtle blue, its flavors have a good intensity of red berries combined with a touch of licorice. The mouth is ample, elegant with well-rounded tannins, hiding the good underlying structure. It has good persistence.
The expression of the minerality by our marvelous terroir. You can enjoy it alone for its purity or as an accompaniment to seafood and white meats.
Intense aromas of dark berries (blueberry) mixed with hints of cacao. Deep, complex. Very pure fruit. Tight and silky texture. Finely grained tannins. Persistent and intense finish.
