Aged for 3 years, this delicate and full flavored non vintage sparkling wine shows the fine aromas of Chardonnay and the power of Pinot Noir.
Fresh strawberry, raspberry, red cherry, with light earthy/herbal notes. Smooth, low-mid tannins

Lively wine, with aromas of pear, apricot and peach. Vivacity, tension and minerality support the fruity backbone of this pure Chardonnay.
With its charming ruby red color with subtle blue, its flavors have a good intensity of red berries combined with a touch of licorice. The mouth is ample, elegant with well-rounded tannins, hiding the good underlying structure. It has good persistence.
These are very pure wines with a subtle balance of fruit, acid, and minerality.
With hints of citrus and white stone fruit on the palate, this beautifully balanced wine resembles the more reputable regional wines of the Cote d’Or.
