Vya Sweet is a blend of Tinta Roriz and Orange Muscat, and is hand infused at Quady Winery with a selection of over seventeen herbs and spices.
The wine tastes of cherry fruit with a hint of cedar flavors, clove and spice in a supple, complex style.
On the palate, it’s light-to-medium-bodied with bright red fruit—think wild strawberry and red plum—backed by fresh acidity and soft, fine tannins.
Citrus, honeysuckle, ripe apple, light oaky, tropical note. Medium body, refreshing acidity, and a hint of pineapple.
Fleshy rich plum and red berry , toasty spiced vanilla, cocoa, cedar and a tea-like minerality round out the mid-palate with slightly sticky tannins bolstering the wine, velvety, lingering finish.
Intense, frozen raspberry, candied strawberry, herbal yet undeniably fruit centric, good weight and structure.
Cherry, cranberry, raspberry, hints of dill, fennel, and spice, rounded out with sweet vanilla. Mouth-filling, yet soft, tannins, bright acidity, gentle oak mid-palate and balanced and elegant finish.
Red and black cherries supported by vanilla and cedar nuances. It is beautifully balanced with both fruit and tannins.
