Bone dry, aromas of black cherry, body fresh, fruity and balanced, well-structured and tannic.
The bouquet on the nose is fruity with hints of wild black cherry, cherry, and a delicate balsamic and herbal finish.
On the palate, it is soft and however full-bodied with excellent persistence.
Aromas of brioche, white flowers, ripe green apple and white peach. The ripe fruit carries over to the palate with peach, pear and apple profiles, as well as a fine creaminess. A delightful pairing with mussels, sea bass, or cod in white sauce.
A beautiful shimmering hue, with elegant highlights, a delicate and persistent ring of bubbles. Very clean and delicate nose, with subtle woody notes. Unctuous and round mouth, with toasted almond flavors.
Full bodied and dry, with dark berry fruit character, and a particularly delicate and fine sparkle.
Black fruit, plum, bay leaf, cedar, chocolate, mushroom, bright acidity, lingering finish.
Bone dry, highly tannic, and very amber in color. Nutty rich aroma with just a hint of oxidation. Long and funky finish!
Tart red berry fruit, silky tannins, medium bodied, zingy acidity, will appeal to fans of Beaujolais (Gamay), Zweigelt, or easy drinking Pinot Noir. Served chilled. Great summer red!
