Bright passionfruit, fresh juniper, nectarine, pink grapefruit, orange peel, a touch of cardamom and lightly bitter herbs (ABV: 8%).
Sweet taste, slightly sapid with great minerality, moderate acidity, and no bitterness.
This bright green mezcal has strong notes of capsicum, especially jalapeños, high acidity with pronounced minerality and sweet finish.
Extremely complex, but not in a confusing way. It’s a little sweet, nicely bitter and surprisingly fruity. Similar to Angostura Bitters.
Woody oak aromas, hits of caramel, brown sugar and cherry, smooth finish
The flavor is spicy and dry, only slightly sweet, with a medium-long finish. It definitely has some heat to it that reminds you you’re drinking rum. You can also taste the vanilla and oak that indicate it spent some time in wood.
