The essential oils in the peel give this a bright and beautiful orange flavor.
AROMAS: Poached pear, rustic fruit tart, Cognac and marron glacé
FLAVORS: Orange marmalade, raspberry, spiciness of rye, and bitter chocolate
FINISH: Mellow with a hint of exotic incense wood, moderate to long aftertaste
Notes of tangerine with red cherry with a light but earthy bitterness to tie it all together. Soft features make this easier to drink than some other Fernets.
