Medium bodied, the palate echoes the nose with a touch of tarragon, white pepper and a dash of salt. It has some short tannins and reminiscent of very good Cru Beaujolais.

This youthful ruby-red wonder enchants the nose with subtle fragrances of cherry and rose. On the palate, it strikes a harmonious balance of dry, savory notes, punctuated by a refreshing acidity and a distinctive mineral undertone.
Youthful orange wine, spicy aromas, dry wildflowers, apricots, pears, white tea, and earthy mid-palate lead to a long savory finish.
The bouquet is reminiscent of ripe pear, red apple, flowers, melon and tropical fruit. Pleasant acidity and minerality on the palate are followed by the discreet creamy aftertaste that is typical of wines matured on lees.
Bone dry, highly tannic, and very amber in color. Nutty rich aroma with just a hint of oxidation. Long and funky finish!
