Fresh herbal, citrus aroma, subtle sweetness, incredibly smooth finish and distinct herbal notes, great to sip it straight.
Apricot, hints of tropical fruit and wet stone aromas; ripe green apple, pear, and green herbs on the palate, fading into lime zest and anise. Medium in body, finishing round and clean.
Balanced acidity and dark ripe fruit, with notes of warm vanilla, blackberry and plum - try it chilled!
Intense mouthfeel, black currant, black cherry, plum, bittersweet chocolate notes, lively, mildly cloudy, approachable, very perky, dry finish.
Bright passionfruit, fresh juniper, nectarine, pink grapefruit, orange peel, a touch of cardamom and lightly bitter herbs (ABV: 8%).
Sweet taste, slightly sapid with great minerality, moderate acidity, and no bitterness.
Medium body, lemon blossoms, honeysuckle, summer melon, snappy and refreshing.
Light bubbles, bone dry, hints of citrus and dried apricots, unfiltered wine with the lees still in the bottle.
