A blend of half Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this Champagne-method sparkler is a stellar value for the money. Lean and with a fresh sandstone minerality, it shows green apple, pear, and white nectarine fruit and medium body.
With aromas of pear, peach, toasted almonds, white flowers, fresh bread, and oyster shell. Full-bodied, layered, and concentrated, it's deep and fleshy, with superb concentration, racy acids, and a long, saline finish.
