The 2007 vintage has notes of earth, truffle, dark red fruit, and tobacco. The wine is getting better each vintage. This is ripe and generous, full of freshly minted tannins and layers of wood over the ripe berry fruit.
These are very pure wines with a subtle balance of fruit, acid, and minerality.
Red berries, hints of blackcurrant, well balanced fresh and fruity, soft tannins, lingering finish with hints of vanilla.
White flowers, peaches, citrus, clean minerality and great brightness.
This blend dominated by Grenache is classic Provence rosé. With its pale color, crisp texture, and bright acidity, the wine is packed with red fruits and a refreshing texture.
Aromas of candied Morello cherry, ripe berries, delicate spice notes; on the palate jammy red and dark berries, hints of spice and pepper; elegant and slightly oaked finish with subtle roasted notes.
Off-dry, peach, lime and tangerine, mineral and herbal notes, fruity, fine acidity, well balanced, long finish.
Citrus rind, peach, smoke and ginger, plump, ripe and sweet, shockingly lively, flavors of pit fruits, spices, smoke and quinine. Tactile and energetic but also a touch sweet, finishing long and sappy.
Berry, cherry, hint of cut wood, light- to medium-body, light tannins, slightly bitter finish.
Deep ruby red, lighter in body than average chianti, ripe red fruit, plum, cherry, violet, low tannins.
