Vibrant, mineral-driven Assyrtiko from the island of Santorini. Expressive with stone fruits, red delicious apple, jasmine, flint, and ash. The winery is the second oldest winery in the Island and dates back to 1880.
The wine is off-dry with 32g/l of sugar, very aromatic with great crisp acidity and a long finish.
Fresh, crisp, tart, green apple and citrus, tropical fruit notes, bright acidity, slight effervescence.
White-fleshed fruits combined with scents of Mediterranean scrub, refreshing, agreeable sapidity, good persistence.
Pale citrine in color with a slight greenish tinge. Fruity aromas with tropical fruit and floral notes. Pleasant mouth with a slight effervescence and sweetness that combines well with the natural acidity.
Medium-to-full-bodied with silky texture and racy acidity, showing a rich core of fruit balanced by vibrant minerality and a subtle saline streak. The finish is elegant and seamless, making it a sophisticated expression of Maranges terroir.
