A delicious nose reveals the aromas of exotic fruits, citrus fruits, and white-fleshed fruits.
The nose offers crushed blueberry, plum, black raspberry and slight baking spice. The palate is round with supple, if slightly dusty tannins and retains a hint of earthiness that can be perceived underlying the fruit.
Medium bodied, the palate echoes the nose with a touch of tarragon, white pepper and a dash of salt. It has some short tannins and reminiscent of very good Cru Beaujolais.
Caramel and herbs on the nose. Floral, vanilla, bread-crust taste. Well-integrated dusty tannins.
A typical Zweigelt for many occasions, dark ruby red, spicy, vigorous aromas of sour cherries and pepper, hints of vanilla, soft tannins.
Intense, frozen raspberry, candied strawberry, herbal yet undeniably fruit centric, good weight and structure.
Fragrant nose, delicate flowery and slightly fruity perfumes, together with hints of spices.
On the pallet, the wine is more restrained than your typical Napa with elegant fruit, bright acidity, and silky tannins.
Bone dry, highly tannic, and very amber in color. Nutty rich aroma with just a hint of oxidation. Long and funky finish!
Tart red berry fruit, silky tannins, medium bodied, zingy acidity, will appeal to fans of Beaujolais (Gamay), Zweigelt, or easy drinking Pinot Noir. Served chilled. Great summer red!
Full bodied and dry, with dark berry fruit character, and a particularly delicate and fine sparkle.
